Everyone in the church family is welcome to join "ChurchSuite". On ChurchSuite you can:
- Find emails and phone numbers of other church members;
- Check when you're serving on a rota;
- Sign up to events;
- Update your contact details; and
- Look at your small group information and message your group.
The best way to see what ChurchSuite does is to log in and try it. But here are a few pointers to get you started. Please don't hesitate to contact office@stmaryscnorton.com if you have any questions.

What is ChurchSuite and why do we have it?

ChurchSuite is a computer system that helps us to organise our groups, rotas, events and activities.
|
|
|
How do I get on to ChurchSuite?
|
|
|
FIRST TIME:
Please email office@stmaryscnorton.com and ask to be part of ChurchSuite. You will receive an email invitation to ChurchSuite.
Please click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to set up a password that you can remember.
AFTER THAT:
If you want to get into ChurchSuite after that, go to login.churchsuite.co.uk, and start typing in "Chipping Norton". When "St. Mary's Church, Chipping Norton" comes up, click on it. On the next screen, fill in your email address and password, before clicking "Log in".

It's been such a long time since I logged in
|

If you've forgotten your password you can click "Forgotten password" (on the page where you log in), to get a new one. Or you can contact the office and we can help get you back in.
|
|
|
When you first log in to ChurchSuite you will see some information about yourself, and some menu buttons down the left hand side. We'd love it if you could check your details, and amend them if you need to, by clicking the little pen icon. You can also add a picture if you like, by clicking on the circle.

If you click on "My Rotas", down the left hand side, you'll be able to see when you're next serving on a rota:

If you click on "My Events" you can see upcoming church events. For some events it will be possible to sign up to them from ChurchSuite:

If you click on "My Groups" you can see information about your small group. You can also email your whole group from here:
|
|
|
If you click on "Search for Others" you'll be able to find contact details of other people in the church family:

|
|
I'd like other people in the church family to be able to find me
|
|
|
On ChurchSuite you can decide which of your details you want people to see, and which are visible only to the church office. Simply log in and click on the little pen to edit your details. Then choose "privacy" and tick which details you would like visible.
Alternatively, please email the office and let us know.

I'm not very good with computers
|
|
|
|
We'd love it if you could give ChurchSuite a go, but we understand that it might not be for everyone! The good news is that you can't "break" ChurchSuite by hitting the wrong button. There is help on hand from the office if you need it.
|
|
|
Do I HAVE to use ChurchSuite?
|
|
|
|
We would love it if as many people as possible use ChurchSuite, keeping their details up to date, and using it to sign up for events once we re-open. If you're on a rota, or organise activities at church, we think you will find it particularly useful. However, we'll still be telling you about events in all the usual ways - via Mary's Matters, the website, small groups and announcements on Sunday morning.

I've spotted an error in the information on ChurchSuite
|
|
|
|
We've worked really hard to make the information on ChurchSuite up to date and correct. However, if you do spot something wrong then please help us to fix it. If it's something within your own contact details then you can fix it yourself - click on the little pen to edit your details. If it's a problem with your small group information, please talk to your small group leader. If it's anything else then please let the office know.
