Activities for Youth
We've got lots going on!
Youth on Thursdays
The youth small group happens every Thursday via Zoom. We enjoy games, chat and get the Bible open for discussion.
It's a great way to stay in touch during lockdown and a chance to catch up with how everyone is doing.
The group is run by our youth worker, Joel and our fantastic team of volunteers.
It's for anyone in school years 9-13 and runs from 7pm until 8.30pm.
Ablaze on Sundays
This season of isolation has given us millennials and Gen Z’s an opportunity to connect in different ways, which is super exciting, despite all the fear and uncertainty in our world at present. If you’re in year 7 or 8, we’re meeting via Zoom each Sunday at 11am.
God has opened up new windows for us to engage with each other, encouraging each other to shine brightly in our current digital worlds and homes.
If you’d like to join please get in touch.
Kintsugi Hope wellbeing groups
***NOW POSTPONED UNTIL THE NEW YEAR***
We’re partnering with the amazing charity Kintsugi Hope, running wellbeing groups here in Chipping Norton.
Our youth worker, Joel Reed, along with Catherine Spring who runs the Nurture Room at St. Mary’s Primary School, will be leading sessions for a limited number of young people from years 7 to 9. They’ll be exploring how we can look after our emotional health, looking at topics like anxiety, anger and perfectionism.
Sessions run from 3.30pm to 4.45pm at Chipping Norton School. (Year 7 Wednesdays, Year 8 Thursdays and year 9 Fridays.)
We’d love you to join us. To get in touch drop Joel a line at: email@example.com.
