Meet the new staff members!

Hannah

Hannah has taken on the role of Families Outreach Worker.

Hannah says, "Phil and I have both lived in Chippy for 15 years. We met and got married here and have two amazing children. Primrose aged 9 and Stan aged 5.

"Our family is so looking forward to joining you at St Mary's. We have felt God's guidance as we have made this move and are so excited to see what He has planned. Can't wait to meet everyone and become part of your wonderful church family."

Joel

Joel is our new Youth Worker

Joel says, "My wife and I are so looking forward to joining with you all as part of the community in Chipping Norton. We just wanted to briefly introduce ourselves to you before we officially move later in the year. We got married at the end of June last year and are so excited to be moving to Chippy!

"I was born and raised in Bristol and have lived there for the majority of my life, only moving to Cirencester two years ago to work with the church there as part of my studies and leadership development. I am a bit of a board game geek and also love sports, not the most natural combination I know. I also love the outdoors and camping and try as often as time allows to get away for a night or two with a big fire.

"Sasha was born in Macclesfield, but actually spent most of her childhood growing up just outside of Toulouse in the south of France. She moved with her family to Bristol when she was 15 and stayed there until she was 24, when she moved to Cirencester to take a job as a Family Support Worker. She also loves board games, reading, travelling and is currently training to become a play therapist.

"We are really grateful for this opportunity and thank God that He has enabled us to move to such a beautiful place, we can’t wait to explore the area and get to know you all."

Rebekah

Rebekah is our new Children's Worker

Rebekah says: "I and my husband Kieran met and were married in the Cotswolds, and are very much looking forward to moving back to the area. I'm especially excited to engage with children and families in the church and community.

"I completed my degree in Popular Music and Worship in Coventry as a singer/songwriter, and went on to work in childcare while immersing myself in a family worship ministry. Kieran obtained a masters degree in physics from the University of Surrey and is finishing his PhD.

"We are currently house hunting with the hope of moving into the heart of the community and cannot wait to meet you all."
