It's so good to see the Parish Rooms populated again as term gets into full swing! From the upstairs offices it's possible to hear chat and laughter as groups come back together, or as people meet and start to build friendships for the first time.
On Mondays the Parish Rooms is filled with delicious smells of soup and baking, and it's impossible to miss that Life Skills is running! On Wednesdays the hall is full of toys and crafts and the sound of small voices can be heard; and on Thursdays and Fridays the toys are replaced with bright posters, soothing candles and pretty flowers for the adult courses which take place.
Thanking God for community, for food, for beauty and for all the good gifts with which God entrusts us! Praying that all the people who come through our doors would know God's welcome, love and acceptance.
How abundant are the good things
that you have stored up for those who fear you,
that you bestow in the sight of all,
on those who take refuge in you.

8am Communion Weekly
The 8am BCP Communion Service is now back to its previous weekly pattern. The service will be held every Sunday (except for the fifth Sunday of the month when the whole Benefice meets together at 10.30am).
If you weren't at the Away Day, or even if you were, here are some memories to share with you:
If you want to listen to the sermon or the worship again, the link below will take you to an audio recording of both the day's sessions, on our YouTube channel.
To see a slide show of all of your photos (including action welly-wanging shots!) click on the second link.
We are so grateful to all of those who donate furniture, bedding, toys and clothes - we love finding them good homes. Excitingly, in preparation for the builders moving in we are now having to clear out The Branch, so space is limited and we are completely FULL!
This is wonderful as it means we have a store full of the resources to help families, but it does mean that we are now having to close our doors to donations.
We will let you know as soon as we reopen our doors. Thank you so much for your ongoing support.

These amazing guides from the Bible Society are designed to help you get to grips with reading the Bible book by book.
Designed as a "book club" to share with friends, they also work if you're reading on your own.
The guides include background information about each book of the Bible, including "About the Author", "About the Times", information about any unusual words, discussion questions and some hints for handling those tricky sections. You just need to pick a book, get your friends on board, and get reading!
