Is an all age multimedia, interactive service which explores what the Bible says in the context of our everyday lives. The format of the service is magazine style and uses different media such as drama, film clips, presentations and interactive prayer to explore faith and meet with God.  We serve free refreshments of freshly brewed tea and real coffee with cookies and cake.  The service lasts approximately 50 minutes and is on the fourth Sunday of the month at 10:45 am.


Our latest programme was introduced on 28th February where we are eXploring prayer - listening and talking to God.  See date list below.  We will be looking at the outline that Jesus gave his disciples and digging deeper into what this means. We are recommending two books: God's Priorities by J. John and How to Pray by John Pritchard.

If you are unsure about attending traditional church services then why not try a new approach to meeting with God at our cafe/wine bar style service called Sunday@7.  We meet on the first Sunday of the month originally enough at 7:00 pm.  The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and informal.  You can enjoy a glass of wine, meet new people and find out what Christianity is all about.  We have an excellent worship band and there is a short talk or presentation during the evening.  If you are looking for a different sort of church then come and see.

Sticky Church is a fun session run in the parish rooms at St. Mary's.  It starts with a sticky activity such as an art and craft or cookery followed by a story from the Bible and games.  Sticky Church takes place every 1st and 3rd Sunday in the month at 10:45 with a group for under 7's and one for over 7's and a creche for tiddlers.  Come along and get sticky! 

An opportunity to attend a quiet, meditative, service using Iona liturgy, meditation and Taize chants.  We hold four Taize services a year.  Please come and join us.
