Following the discovery of wet rot in the platform, we have had to remove the rotten wood and replace it.  New vents have been put in to properly ventilate the underfloor area and a new hessian backed carpet has been laid.  Do come and take a look.

At St. Mary's we have been looking at developing our beautiful historic building to better suit our worship and needs of the community.  The first stage of these plans is to put in toilets and a small kitchen in the tower vestry and to insert a new floor above the existing clergy vestry to make a meeting room/vestry.  These are described in more detail in our brochure Living Stones which you can download by clicking on the Link below.
