Meet the team
You will see a number of different people taking services or preaching at St. Mary’s so it’s helpful to put names to faces and to find out a bit about them.
Full time staff are the Vicar - Stephen Weston and Curate Jenny Alidina. Revd Jackie Jones is a part time Curate.
The team also has a number of Licensed Lay Ministers who include Elizabeth Allen and Elizabeth Mann and we are grateful for the experience of a retired clergymen Revd Canon Robin Howard and the Revd Ralph Mann. We also have Sarah Northall who is training as an ordinand and Drew McGreevy who is licensed to preach by the Bishop.

Steve Weston
The Revd Canon Stephen Weston is the Vicar of St. Mary's and Team Rector of the Chipping Norton Benefice. He is also known as Steve the Slide as he plays a steel guitar. His wife is Cathy and they have four children, Bryony, Will, John and Sam and a menagerie of animals.

Jenny Alidina
The Revd Jenny Alidina is the assistant curate at St. Mary's. She is married to Naj and has two grown up children, Sophie and Josh. She is taken for walks by her energetic Miniature Schnauzer called Rafi. Jenny enjoys reading, swimming, and loves her garden.

Jackie Jones
Jackie has a husband called Lionel, a step-daughter, and two step-grandaughters. Until retirement she was a solicitor. Jackie was ordained as a minister in October 2009 and will serve her curacy in the benefice. She works Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
